职位一：云计算运行维护工程师
工作职责：
负责微软云平台的技术支持，对微软Azure及相关技术问题进行解答；
与软件开发及运维团队紧密合作，确保用户的安全稳定，共同解决客户疑难问题。
任职要求：
1. 计算机、软件工程、通信工程等相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 英文可做工语言，口语流利；
3. 具有独立工作精神，能够及时有效的处理客户提交的问题；
4. 具备团队协作精神，积极的工作态度、责任心及学习能力。
备注：英文工作环境。
职位二：客户支持专员
工作职责：
1. 受理并解答用户的服务请求，及时记录服务信息；
2. 提供公司产品的一线技术支持，根据产品FAQ 为用户现场或远程协助用户排查解决问题；
3. 对无法解答的用户问题，通过工单系统提交二线技术支持人员，对二级技术支持人员处理问题的过程和结果进行跟踪，并及时反馈用户。
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，普通话标准；
2. 具有良好的沟通表达能力，有较强的服务意识；
3. 善于倾听，并具有一定的写作能力。
职位三： ICE (Internet, Cloud and Energy) Management Trainee管理培训生
Qualification:
1. Colleges and universities of national recognition, 2014, 2015 overseas graduates or MBA.
2. Graduate degree in Internet, Cloud or Energy sectors (If applicable).
3. Excellent oral and written English, and languages skills
4. Excellent, continuous learning ability, the desire to be successful, sustained passion.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills and team spirit, excellent adaptation and stress resistance.
6. Keen insight and clear logical thinking, unique perspective
7. Experience of multinationals internship, overseas exchange programs, student union or community are preferred.

职位四：C/C++研发工程师
工作职责：
1. 负责后台HTTP缓存服务器开发；
2. 负责高性能文件系统开发；
3. 负责完善架构设计。
任职要求：
1. 掌握C/C++语言；
2. 了解Linux操作系统，会使用GCC,GDB等相关工具；
3. 了解TCP/IP协议，了解网络编程以及常用网络协议的相关开发；
4. 能精致于所写程序的性能探讨。
职位五：PHP研发工程师
工作职责：
1. 负责WEB应用系统的设计和开发工作；
2. 编写项目开发各阶段的文档。
任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业，本科或以上学历;
2. 熟练使用PHP和MySQL，熟悉HTML，CSS，Javascript，能够撰写高质量文档；
3. 熟悉算法设计及数据结构；
4. 良好的沟通能力和逻辑表达能力，较强的分析、发现和解决问题的能力；
5. 强烈的上进心和求知欲，善于学习和运用新知识，具备良好的团队合作精神和主动沟通意识；
6. 有web应用系统开发经验、数据库设计和优化经验或熟悉linux知识者优先考虑。
