【亚马逊招聘】HR Shared Service (HRSS) Intern
Location: Beijing
Job Responsibilities
- Work with HRSS team to streamline Process, such as probation reminder
- Help check and tracking vendors’ commercial invoices
- Assist to drafting Ops O-Chart
- Assist in designing HR internal Website layout
- Assist in checking system data
- Assist other Ad-Hoc issues

Basic Qualifications
- Good at using MS software, especially Outlook & Excel
- Good communication skills
- Be able to communicate in English
- Quick learner

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PS is preferred

Other Qualifications
- At least 4 working days a week; it is better to work here for more than 6 m
onths
