Project Management Intern
Location: Beijing

Job Description
- Analyze & understand various stakeholders’ requirements for transportation capabilities. Stakeholders include internal customers, but the requirements-gathering focus of this position is on the operational needs
- Develop logistics and fulfillment process proposals which satisfy the needs of all stakeholders with optimal tradeoffs between cost and performance
- Design and optimize operational processes in transportation and fulfillment centers
- Serve as primary interface between IT and business team for issues within the program scope, translating business requirements to IT requirements
- Effective project management over the whole project lifecycle
- Ensure a smooth handover of proven services and features to operations team
- Drive continuous improvement in the existing operation
- Represent transportation department to work with other functions and design/implement process and practice, from operation, cost and efficiency perspective

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or MBA
- Superior communication skills, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet operational performance goals
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation
- Can demonstrate a bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity
- Can work effectively and drive change in loosely defined situations
- Knowledge and experience of transportation and supply chain system
- Strong analytical and data gathering skills (including Excel and database analysis), including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications
B2C industry or logistic experience is preferable but not required
