Job Description: The position is intern to Digital Marketing & Media Team. Digital Marketing & Media Team is the team to implement most of Intel direct marketing programs in China. The team function includes: media strategy/planning, advertising, content and digital marketing includes social media, search engine marketing, intel.com, etc. 

The intern will provide administrative support to Digital Marketing & Media Team, scope of work will include meeting logistics (calendar, meeting room coordination), PO (purchasing order) management (raise PO, tracking, adjustment, etc.), POP (proof of program) archiving, play assistant role for marketing programs, and other administrative support. 

Qualifications

Good operational discipline: strong orchestration and communication skill; focused; timely; result-oriented; problem solving; attention to details. 

- Proactive attitude and self-motivated, assume responsibility. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese. Majority portion of the job is administrative/program coordination with internal and external stakeholders. You should have strong communication skill, include listening, analysis and articulation skill. 

- Knowledge on marketing, especially online marketing. Project management skill.
