Basic Requirement

•Must fulfill 6 months internship, 5 days per week

Brief Description of Assignment
1.Customer Desk Target to Global Assignees
•Key windows to global assignees
•Confidential letters & insurance cards receiving and dispatching for global assignees
•Chinese driving license application and consultation for assignees and spouses
•Onsite medical consultation arrangement, notification and room booking
•TCN insurance enrollment and consultation
2.Payment Handing:
•Arrange regular payments to the contracted service providers in a compliant way
•Payment notice tracking, collecting and checking of the received invoice
•Payment via payment voucher or Cofico system
3.General Team Support:
•Updating the team OrgChart, book business trip & arrange reimbursement for BU head, support team projects, events and urgent tasks, support new team member’s on-boarding

•Fluent English both in written & spoken, customer oriented, multitasking
•good communication skills, cultural competencies
•helpful and supportive
•proficient in MS system
