　　Description

　　Manage the whole IT Project Portfolio for CN/HK, build up an IT project management team (develop associates in managing projects, develop SF3-CN project management framework), local Project Portfolio Manager for CN/HK in global GPPM Process .

　　Work with cross-functional teams to aligned/ maintain IT security strategy/ guildline, Identify IT security risks, evaluate impact and define mitigation plan

　　Aligned and maintain SF3-CN's IT security strategy and guildline to meet BMW group standard and CBRC requirements.

　　Identify IT security / risks, evaluate impact, define mitigation plan and ensure the implemenatation

　　Oversee, plan and coordinate the whole SF3-CN and SF3-CN-HK IT project portfolio, provide project status overviews and other reports to SF3-CN directors on a frequent basis.

　　Line and team management to establish an IT project management team (recruitments, develop associates in managing projects, develop SF3-CN project management framework.

　　Manage IT projects for system and business improvements, define project scope and work packages, manage projects to achieve time, budget, scope and resource planning .

　　Manage to create all necessary contract with internal and external partner .

　　Manage the smooth turnover of each project into the business and the IT operation.

　　Effective management of resources allocated to the project both within IT and business.

　　Support business in management of project portfolio, prioritization process, organize monthly project steering committee meetings.
