　　MANAGER IT SERVICES LANDSCAPE/ARCHITECT

　　Description

　　Lead China market landscape (AS-IS, TARGET EA) maintenance and for NFSC. Aligned with NSC/BBA/BCS, local, region and central stakeholders.

　　Develop and document interim landscape (TRANSITION EA) through collaboration between local, region and central stakeholders.

　　Collaborate with project team, business and operations to ensure the implementations of IT solution inline with landscape planning (TRANSITION / TARGET EA).

　　Research and evaluate technical solutions based on business requirements in project phase, select suitable master solution and guide project implementation.

　　IT Architecture responsibility in NSC projects according to Architecture processes (Blueprint, Clearing, PISA, SARA process).

　　Provide consulting to internal IT by applying BMW Architect principles, guidline, policies, tools and methods.

　　Work with cross-functional teams to Identify IT security risks, evaluate impact and define mitigation plan.

　　Accurate and up-to-date IT applications overview of NFSC matching in method and interfaces with BCS, NSC, BBA and the relevant Munich infrastructures supporting business operations in China

　　Conduct proactive skill management through training and co-operation with Munich IT
