　　Responsibilities工作职责：

　　- EMC requirement analysis and management for automotive and non-automotive products

　　负责汽车/非汽车类产品电磁兼容需求分析和管理

　　- Create EMC test plan

　　负责创建电磁兼容实验计划(确定实验参数，样品数，实验方法和设备)

　　- Analyze failure, and implement effective EMC improvement solutions

　　分析实验结果和实效，并实施EMC改善方案

　　- Create EMC test report

　　发布最终电磁兼容实验报告

　　- Support EMC lab daily operation like equipment calibration, maintain, and repair.

　　支持实验室日常运行工作，如设备标定，维护和维修。

　　- Close cooperation with international development teams

　　与国际化团队的密切合作

　　Requirements任职要求：

　　- Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics or equivalent Engineering

　　本科或以上学历，电子或相关专业

　　- Knowledge of digital, analog circuits and EMC

　　熟悉数字电路,模拟电路和EMC的相关知识

　　- Experience or major in Electromagnetic field is appreciated

　　具有电磁场专业和工作经验的优先考虑

　　- Self motivated, excellent communication skills and team spirit

　　积极主动，优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神

　　- English written and verbal

　　英语听说读写流利

　　- Willingness to work and interact in international teams
