职位概述
Key Responsibilities:
As part of a team of professionals, provide advisory services as assigned to clients on the policies, risks, internal controls, and issues etc.
Under the lead of engagement manager, communicate with clients, understand needs, propose methodologies and assist to prepare engagement proposals.
Perform risk assessment by reviewing policies and procedures against regulatory requirements and against industry best practices.
By assessing risks of client's industry and business, evaluate the effectiveness of clients' control activities in place, and identify potential issues.
Lead the communication with clients to achieve alignment on identified issues and develop practical remediation plans.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory developments, both locally and internationally.
Provide leadership to the engagement team by acting as field in charge and act as primary contact among clients, engagement managers and engagement team, including overseeing engagement progress, leading communication with clients, performing quality review of the team, etc.
Required to work off-site and on-site.
Comfortable with using English as work language, including in both oral and written form.
Travel required.
Able to handle multiple / simultaneous engagements.
Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree required. Majoring in Finance is preferred.
Previous work experience or previous project experience on financial institutions is preferred.
Excellent team work spirit and advanced inter-personal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
Competent with Microsoft Office.
Basic risk management knowledge, knowledge on financial industry and other manufacturing industry is preferred.
Certified Internal Auditor is preferred.
Good written and oral English skill is required.
Willingness to travel.
