职位描述:
Assist recruiter to identify target companies and target candidates based on business needs
Conduct CV screening and candidate sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. for assigned postings
Provide candidates shortlist for assigned positions for further assessment
Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability
Collect and provide target talent pool status information
Provide channel effectiveness analysis report
Others tasks may assigned
任职资格:
2+years working experience in search firm or in-house recruitment function
Hands-on experience in searching candidates (i.e. CV/phone screening), and proven experience in building strong relationships with candidates and the ability to maintain and build a strong talent pipeline
Skilled in proactive research and talent pooling
Excellent communication, interpersonal and influence skills
Ability to work under the tight deadlines and under pressure
Good English skill, both in written and spoken
