职位概述
Provide general administrative support to partner and manager including answering phones, preparing expense reports, filing, ordering supplies and other administrative duties.
Act as a liaison with all levels of personnel both inside and outside of the organization
Coordinate and arrange teleconferences and travel requirements
Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents and compiling data and analysis for special projects as assigned
SAP support, i.e. fee note issue, time report, WIP/AR follow up
Workable English
Good communication (both verbally and in written word )/coordination skill with partners/staffs/ team members of different levels
Highly motivated, results driven, with the ability to demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
Nice personality, be willing to help others and take extra work
