Position title: Sales & Marketing Assistant (Intern) 销售&市场助理（实习生）
Location: Beijing
Main task:
Support sales team in contract preparation, market research & analysis, coordinating various departments to support sales transaction, preparing and participating exhibitions when necessary.
Duties and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for contract execution, including contract pre-review, contract documents preparation and sign standard contract.
2. Handle sales & marketing data related to statistical work and prepare reports according to department requirement.
3. Working cross functionally to support other departments.
4. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, major in agricultural business / engineering is preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
3. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge with ERP system is preferred.
4. Fluent English
5. Willing to travel
