　　Intern_support HR Training Team

　　Your Responsibilities:

　　o Support for the organization of language training

　　Review of the language application;

　　Communication with vendors & internal customers.

　　o Support for qualification training

　　Manage the invitation to participants;

　　Cost allocation and evaluation;

　　Preparation for Joint training quarterly report.

　　o Support for development program

　　Quarterly analysis of CPD(China PersonnelDevelopment);

　　Data back-up of CPD Talent Review topic;

　　Organization of pre-selection dialogue for CPDprogram.

　　o Support for various assessment center

　　Collect information for ACs;

　　Prepare materials & stationary before each AC starts.

　　Our Requirements:

　　o Language skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written), German preferred

　　o Bachelor degree or above.

　　o Excellent in Microsoft Office (PPT and Excel)

　　o Excellence in moderating multiply works at the same time

　　o Hard-worker, team player, learner
