CORE QUALIFICATIONS

　　Very experience on ITSM process for the Application Operation

　　Experience with Web applications/middleware management and performance tuning like WebLogic, Oracle, Tomcat, JBOSS, Glassfish, IIS;

　　Experience on the Application architecture , like J2EE framework or .Net framework.

　　Good knowledge on the database management like Oracle, SQL Server or My SQL.

　　ASSISTANT MANAGER IT APPLICATION SUPPORT

　　Description

　　The position is for providing the daily IT application support and Start Up Management for new IT project. The position is not only experienced on the ITSM process, but also have strong techncial skill like the DB management, web management and application architecture . The position need to communicate with both IT project and business user to keep the stablization of IT application and ensure the new project could handover to operation team smoothly. The strong capability on steering the supplier's performance during daily operation.

　　Major Responsiblities:

　　Provide efficiently daily support on application incidents/requests.

　　Monitor system performance to ensure on-going business.

　　Regularly communicate with business users and Internal Helpdesk .

　　Coordinate handover process to transfer system changes or project deliverables to support team.

　　Keep operations documents for knowledge transfer and lessons learned within support team.

　　Proactively identify improvement in application, business process and IT support process.

　　Manage suppliers and contracts, and monitor suppliers’ deliverables.
